1. Offer & Agreement
TMII Enterprises, LLC (dba garage.site), with its business at 3254 E. Broadway Road, Phoenix, AZ 85040, offers products and services under these Terms. Agreement is effective once you accept the offer.
2. Governing Law & Venue
Governing law: Arizona state law.
All disputes will be resolved in courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
3. Cancellations & Custom Orders
Standard services cannot be altered once provided.
You may cancel orders up to three business days after purchase, except for completed repair services. Custom orders may require a 50% deposit.
4. Payment & Credit Terms
Payment is due upon invoice or before service if credit not approved.
Late payments incur interest (up to 18% annually); returned payments incur a $15 fee.
5. Pricing & Taxes
Quoted prices are estimates until confirmed via formal invoice.
You are responsible for taxes, inspection fees, and other charges. Unpaid balances may incur collection costs.
6. Delivery & Risk
Risk transfers to you once items leave garage.site premises.
Delivery & service schedules are approximate; delays from uncontrollable events are recognized.
7. Force Majeure
garage.site is not liable for delays due to events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
